Once you start posting, you're going to wonder if anyone is reading your blog. That's what web counters are for. There are lots of them out there. Here are a few:http://www.statcounter.com/

You'll set up an account for whichever one you decide to use, or you can use all of them. They each give you your reader stats in a little different way. Once you've signed up, the service will give you a piece of code which you'll copy and paste into your Template.
Click on the Template tab in your Blogger account. Scroll down the page until you see the words, End Wrapper. I pasted my mine below the line with those words, but you can put yours somewhere else on your sidebar, just make sure to Preview before you Save to make sure that the template isn't messed up.
